My chosen profession is Property Management and Real Estate Sales, but my passion is to understand people and their needs. I derive great personal satisfaction from successfully matching a home with a client. I am a High Point, NC native and have a comprehensive knowledge of High Point, Greensboro, Kernersville, Archdale, Trinity, Thomasville, Lexington, Winston-Salem and surrounding areas. If my client is a home buyer, seller, investor, or a tenant I want to listen to find them the solution to their Real Estate needs. I am the Broker in Charge and owner of Gate City Property Management, LLC in High Point, NC. I have experience working with local Piedmont Triad home buyers and sellers, as well as out of state home buyers wanting to relocate to NC. I have invested in and managed properties for over 19 years, so I have a knack for understanding all aspects of the Real Estate Business.
