I have worked for 11 years in Property Management in the Piedmont Triad area including Kernersville, High Point, Greensboro, Archdale, Trinity, High Point, Thomasville, Winston Salem and surrounding areas. I became interested and involved in Property Management many years ago, after being employed by an Airline as a regional trainer for six years. I have since become very involved in home repairs and remodeling as well as project management. I started project management and home improvements 2.5 years ago. I take great pride in my professional work and appearance. I am a hardworking, down to earth caring individual who is always eager to help individuals with their housing and rental needs. I am very familiar with Fair Housing laws. Assist owners with marketing, getting the best rental rates for their properties. I have extensive experience working with Section 8 and Housing Authority in Davidson, Guildford, Randolph, Forsyth counties to place tenants in permanent homes. I am also very versed in maintenance which provides quality homes for our property owners and tenants.
