In addition to the showing service,   Gate City Property Management will also manage the property for all 12 months of the signed lease agreement.   Full service includes but not limited to:

 

•  Collection of rent and fees

•  Handling of all maintenance requests

•  Sending monthly reports to owners

•  90 day home inspections

•  Filing eviction notice

•  Attending court for evictions on owner’s behalf

•  Do a full walk in and walk out  inspections
