Property Management & Realty Services for the NC Triad Area

My name is Daniel Troupe and I am the Resident Services Assistant Manager at Gate City Property Management, LLC. I was born in Riverside, California but, I have lived in the Piedmont Triad area since Middle School. I have a bachelor's degree in Accounting from High Point University which I obtained after serving five years in the United States Marine Corps. My duties as the Resident Services Assistant Manager at Gate City Property Management are monthly account reconciliation, invoicing repairs for rental properties in the Piedmont-Triad area including Greensboro, High Point, Lexington, Archdale, Trinity, Thomasville, Kernersville, Winston-Salem, and nearby markets, help process all eviction paperwork for all of our rental properties in Greensboro, High Point, Lexington, Archdale, Trinity, Thomasville, Kernersville, and Winston-Salem, and assist with customer relations. I hope to continue to pursue a real estate career in the Davidson, Guilford, Forsyth, and Randolph counties. My interests include building computers, cooking and trying new foods, and soccer.
